Wear comfortable, lightweight clothing, you remain fully clothed with no preparation or shower needed!

Remove any jewellery or sharp items e.g. belts etc.
No need to bring anything, although, if you would prefer to listen to your own sounds while you float, we recommend bringing ear pods or headphones.
Yes! It’s low impact and gentle on the body, ideal for rehabilitation.
As often as you like. 1-2 sessions per week can support stress relief, improved sleep and better recovery.
