Infrared Sauna

Designed for deep restoration, our three-person Far Infrared sauna harnesses advanced Japanese technology to gently warm the body from within. The radiant heat encourages a natural, purifying sweat that supports circulation, assists detoxification, and leaves the skin glowing and the body renewed.

Each session offers a quiet escape from the demands of the day, easing tension, promoting relaxation, and helping you feel lighter, clearer, and more energised. Over time, regular infrared use can enhance recovery, support resilience, and nurture overall wellbeing from the inside out.

The FIFR three-person sauna uses Japanese-pioneered far infrared technology to deeply heat the body and create a cleansing sweat. This process boosts circulation, supports detoxification, and promotes an overall sense of wellbeing. By raising core body temperature in a gentle, natural way, the sauna encourages faster recovery, energy renewal, and improved physical resilience.

These benefits extend to reduced inflammation, stronger immune function, improved cardiovascular health, and enhanced longevity.

Everything you need to know for your Infrared Sauna session

    • Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for deep penetration of the infrared heat into your skin.

    • Swimwear, shorts and a tank top are common choices.

    • Our sauna has Bluetooth speakers allowing you to stream music or podcasts directly from your phone.

    • Digital detox! Use your sauna time for a much-needed break from technology to fully relax.

    • Drink plenty of water, at least 1 hour prior to your session to help prepare for sweating.

    • Avoid alcohol and caffeine.

    • We recommend having a light snack 30-60 minutes before your session, but avoid heavy meals.

    • Avoid using oils, lotions or perfumes as they can block pores and inhibit sweating.

    • Hydrate! Drink plenty of water to replenish lost fluids.

    • Give your body time to cool down. Take a few minutes to relax in the sauna with the door open.

    • We recommend wearing loose-fitting clothing post sauna to help your body cool after your session.

    • Avoid intense activity following your session. Give your body some time to relax.

    • For best results, aim for 1-3 sessions per week. For most people, infrared saunas are safe to use daily.
